1. GenASIs HiPath for quantitative Immunohistochemistry (IHC) & CISH automatically counts and classifies all cells within a captured region of interest, providing pathologists with instantaneous results and statistical analysis.

GenASIs HiPath is a digital pathology solution that integrates with the lab’s existing microscope and hardware.  After image capture of the region of interest, GenASIs HiPath automatically analyses and scores the sample based on the assay being used. Within seconds, pathologists obtain statistical analysis which is accurate, objective and repeatable.

GenASIs HiPath brings new capabilities to your microscope, and opens up a complete digital pathology solution at a fraction of the cost of whole slide imaging, while maintaining existing workflow and methodologies.

Accurate, Repeatable and Standardised Results

GenASIs HiPath helps to reduce subjectivity by scoring all detected cells. A higher cell count means the statistical value of the results is more accurate and represents a valuable quantitative analysis of the tissue.

GenASIs HiPath supports analysis of a variety of antibodies and bright field ISH samples (e.g. HER2, ER, PR, Ki-67, CISH).

GenASIs HiPath for CISH

GenASIs HiPath is a computer aided evaluation for immunohistochemistry and CISH assays that assists pathologists in reaching accurate, repeatable and standardised analysis. An easy to use tool that integrates with any standard microscope, GenASIs HiPath offers labs all the benefits of digital pathology without having to make a large upfront investment in WSI.

HER2 CISH assay is an FDA-approved alternative to HER2 fluorescent in situ hybridisation (FISH). With a nearly 100% concordance rate with HER2 FISH, HER2 CISH allows pathologists to view tissue morphology and gene expression simultaneously by utilising a bright-field microscope.

GenASIs HiPath captures fields of view defined by the pathologist, identifies and segments relevant cells, counts the spots in each cell and classifies each cell according to the spot count. In a fraction of a second, hundreds of cells are analysed and classified along with statistical data for the current field of view and composite data for all of the fields of view captures.

Reports are generated at the click of a button containing images selected by the pathologist from those captured along with the statistical analysis and classification results.
